InsuranceDr. Hoffrichter accepts many dental insurance plans. While ultimately the costs of care are the patient's responsibility, for some patients, insurance may cover some or all of the costs of the treatment. Our staff will make sure that you understand what your insurance coverage is and what your personal responsibility will be, before you are treated. Our financial coordinator will be happy to answer any questions you have about your insurance coverage and help you coordinate your payment accordingly. In addition, we will be more than happy to complete and process your insurance claim forms for you. While we will do our best to maximize your insurance coverage whether or not we participate with your insurance plan, Dr. Hoffrichter is currently listed as a Participating Provider for the following dental insurance carriers/plans: |
